Apple Tree Inn

I stumbled upon this hotel when looking on Google and I am so thankful for this stay! The staff were so friendly and knowledgable about the local cuisine and activities. They always had water bottles and cookies in the lobby. The room amenities were modern, clean and homey. Each room appeared to have a balcony and a gorgeous view. Close to local shops and restaurants. The limo service was a special unexpected surprise. Will definitely be back! Thank you!!!!

Great staff, they were very friendly. Rooms were clean and had fridge and microwave. Lots of options and good continental breakfast in the morning. My only negative was that the pool was very cold. Would like to have enjoyed it more but it was just too cold to swim in.

Stayed a couple nights to ski at Highlands. Decent hotel for the money. Room was a bit dated and stale feeling but seemed clean. Shower was weak but hot, so that’s no biggy. Hot tub was excellent and pool area seemed very clean. Didn’t try breakfast so can’t review that. Overall it was a decent value as Petoskey lodging can get pricey. Location is convenient and the shuttle service seemed like a cool bonus although we did not use it during this stay.

Water pressure in shower was low. Everything else was amazing. Big, clean, comfortable room. Awesome biscuits and gravy for breakfast. The lady that checked us in was very helpful and knowledgeable. The free limo was perfect for us because we couldn't take the truck to the restaurant. I highly recommend this hotel.

I now have a new hotel chain I love! The staff was friendly, kind and helpful. The decor was adorable and all apple themed. The pool and hottub was well maintained! The room was clean, and we had a wonderful balcony view. All the little extras are what make this location great: laundry basket for towels and clothes. A real hairdryer not attached to the wall. Shoe shine sheets, makeup remover, shower cap, lotion and vanity kits were all little wonderful extras left in the room for us in case we needed them. 10/10 would stay there again!

Had an amazing stay! The room was spacious with a beautiful view and super comfortable. The in-room jacuzzi was definitely a highlight and made the stay extra relaxing. The staff was very friendly and welcoming, parking was convenient, and the hotel was in a great location accessible to almost everything like food, the beach, and shopping. The complimentary limo service to downtown was such a nice touch. The only downside was the breakfast, which could have been much better. Overall, a wonderful experience and highly recommended!

Great prices, clean rooms and the woman at the front desk is beyond sweet and quite adorable!

This is a quaint, updated hotel, easy to find in Petoskey on 131, on a hill, near McDonalds. It has a heated pool and hot tub, hot breakfast, gym room and comfortable room and mattress. Refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave and tv in the room. Our room had a great corner balcony. Christina, and all of the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything was very clean and maintained. Showers are a little outdated but they are working on that project. It is within walking distance to the water and downtown shops. It is within short driving distance to local restaurants and attractions. There is a limo service available to take you anywhere in the local area. We would definitely stay here again.

This charming little hotel is such a gem. We were in town for a wedding and all other hotels were full. The Apple Tree Inn was a more budget friendly option and we could not be more pleased with our time there. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking to travel on a budget.
